Ingredients:
- 500 gr cod soaked and shredded
- 1 lt milk
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 dl cream
- breadcrumbs
- olive oil
- nutmeg
- salt
Preparation:
- Cook the slices of cod in milk.
- Braise the onion in olive oil until golden.
- Drain the cod and reserve the milk. If not shredded, do it now.
- Add the cod to the onions and let it cook slowly.
- Join the milk and flour used previously. Stir until thicken.
- Cut potatoes into cubes and fry in oil in order to make them more fried than cooked.
- Drain the potatoes and add the cod. Season with salt and nutmeg.
- Pour everything into a greased baking tray, spread over the cream and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake until gratin.
